Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
In short: the text you type into the generators stays in your browser. The only information that reaches us is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email.
Text you type into the generators
Your text is converted by your browser. It is not sent to our server and we do not store it.
What is saved in your browser
The site uses your browserโs local storage, which stays on your own device and which we cannot see, to remember:
- the styles you marked as favourites and the ones you used recently,
- your choices in the colors and emoji studio,
- the draft in the Facebook post formatter, with its letter style and heading, bullet and divider looks.
This is only so the site is the way you left it next time. To remove it, clear the data for this site in your browser settings. You can also empty the draft with the Clear button in the post formatter. If your browser blocks local storage, the site still works but does not remember anything.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type, the topic you pick, and the technical details if you fill them in (the page, your device and app or browser, and the style and text you used). The form sends them through a small program on Amazon Web Services (AWS Lambda) and Amazon SES to our email inbox. We use them to read your message and reply. We do not keep them in a database, add you to a mailing list or share them with anyone else. If you email us directly, the same applies to what you send.
Cookies, analytics and ads
The site does not set cookies. It does not use analytics or tracking tools, and it shows no ads. If that changes, we will name the service here before it starts.
Services that handle information
- Amazon Web Services hosts the site, delivers its pages and runs the contact form. Like any website host, it processes technical request data, such as your IP address, when a page loads.
- Our email provider stores the messages that arrive in our inbox.
- Fonts, emoji and icons are served from our own site, not from Google or another third party.
- Links to other sites: guides and pages link to places such as Unicode and platform help pages. Their privacy practices are their own.
How long we keep information
We keep a contact message for as long as it takes to answer it and to deal with follow-up questions, then delete it. Data in your browser stays there until you clear it.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@copypaste-fonts.me or use the Contact page.
Changes to this policy
When the site changes in a way that affects your information, we update this page and its date.
